Registered name and history

Insightlatticepoint Co., Ltd. was established in 2019 in Bangkok. We began by helping regional retailers make sense of fragmented path notes after marketplace campaigns. Over time the practice settled into facilitated journey mapping, analytics reviews, visualization boards, and path-reading workshops for digital commerce teams.

Our studio sits in Yan Nawa, close enough to client offices across the city for on-site path walks and readouts. Remote sessions cover teams elsewhere in Thailand when travel is unnecessary.

How we work with clients

We favour shared drawings over isolated decks. Merchandising, support, and payments sit in the same sessions whenever possible. Friction is ranked by how often it appears and what it costs the order — not by how dramatic it looks on a chart.
